Spring Rolls with Vegetables

This is a fun recipe which sounds complicated, but it’s easy to make and fun to serve.

Serves: 14 pieces

Ingredients:

KG Pastry (Spring Roll Pastry)
2    Cups Shredded Cabbage
1    Cup Shredded Carrot
1    Cup Juvenile Green Beans
1/4 Cup Chives
1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
2    TBsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
1    Tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
Oil for frying

How to Prepare:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. 
  2. Squeeze all of the excesses water out.
  3. Prepare to fill the pastry according to the instructions on the wrapper.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil.  
  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

These are a big favorite of the kids!
